F.20 Policies

Like I said before cannabis/marijuana is not legal, but tolerable on certain acceptable levels of supervision. For instance medical marijuana is supervised by a doctor, but still marijuana is illegal. Medical marijuana is illegal even in states that have legal medical marijuana, it is still a schedule I hallucinogenic controlled substance.

So what I'm saying is if your arrested or ticketed for marijuana and you have a medical script from your doctor saying so, then you take it with you to court and show the judge, said done right. You have presented what they call a medical marijuana patient defense.

Well that is what the F:20 ministry does. By being a member in good standing with F:20 ministry, it provides a religious/spiritual freedom defense or sacramental substance defense....

The Four:20 ministry is not a organization of criminals and/or illegal drug users, dealers , it is a community of faithful sacramental substance utilizers. It is a ministry of many faiths and spiritual beliefs. We utilize cannabis/marijuana in many forms for religious/spiritual purposes.

The Four:20 Ministry of California does require a small donation of $100. a year for membership. The reason we require this donation is to offset some of the ministry operating cost.

With membership fees paid yearly, the member will receive a F:20 official membership sacramental substance pic/ID card, F:20 official membership certificate, F:20 sacramental GARDEN NOTICE and a F:20 ministry sticker. Also 10% of yearly membership fee will be donated to NORML (National Organization Reform Marijuana Laws)to legalize cannabis/marijuana.
